			<description><![CDATA[ Pacinguy, I agree that it is the punter who pays the bills.  We do have a problem with elims in general.  In 2 heat races I disagree with you as in the JUG you
need to win 2 heats.  So everyone is trying their best.  2nd place means nothing.  Sure I&#39;d prefer 8 instead of 6, but at least there is a premium on
winning.  My problem is with the elims a week before wheer you only have to be 4th...or 5th.  I just won&#39;t bet these...never.  For me you have to have
elims where at worst you... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Most of the time, the best horse can overcome a bad post draw. However, there is a downside to the new rule change. Let&#39;s say next year there are eighteen
horses in the box. Instead of two divisions with trailers, you will have three races with six horses. As far as gamblers are concerned, horrible betting
opportunites. Then if you get a scratch, it gets even worse. It may not matter that much for Delaware which draws more fans than gamblers than a regular track
does but it will help kill... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Having driven on a lot of  half mile tracks ( and smaller ) here in Australia some times posting the back line is not too bad. If the horse you follow out is
quick out and you can hold his back you can get you horse in a nice position with out doing much work at all. But to come from the out side post on the front
line and win like Well Said did was just awesome and all credits to Ron.
