Never give up! Can't is not in my dictionary!.

I am a 45 year old male currently living in Florida.I was introduced to harness racing in my teens growing up in N.Y. by my father. Grew up going to Batavia Downs and Buffalo Raceway, watching Clint Galbraith and Ray Schnittker before they became so well known.Have always loved the sport and although I missed a lot of what happened in the early to mid 80's, 90's,and up to 2008,my love of the sport never went away.In the last 6 month's I have really gotten back into the sport as I visit the USTA site daily and bet tracks across the country and Canada.Have seen a lot of great racing this summer,Dewey,SomeBeach,Mr. Big and Artistic Fella,Badlands Nitro and Art Official.

Within the coming week am going to start working with a guy that trains miniatures.Figure it is a start, will get me seat time and teach me some things. Will also be looking to get involved with full size horses as soon as I can find that opportunity.

My name is Mike. The name Nvrlstplc, never last place, has nothing to do with racing.Comes from my 32 years of bowling as an amatuer and professional.Of all the tourneys I bowled in over the years I never finished last place.Never made the big time but did bowl against the guys on the national tour and against them at the regional level.Work and arm issues forced me to quit .Guess after 32 years, sometimes 7 days a week,in league and practice ,something had to start to give in the arm.Oh and yes I did bowl the 300 in my career.
