I guess it could be worse, you figure 534 are out right now...Some of those top leaders are going to miss at least once or hit some minimal payoffs while you steadily gain with consistent handicapping. Could work out after all.

If that's the case, bobbyt, you should be leading the contest by far
 . I had a thought that although the winner of our sweepstakes may not
have the largest "bomb" in our little contest, I thought we should have a little consolation prize going to the person with the highest amount
(w,p,s) total on any one horse in the contest. Just as a token of our appreciation for going out on a limb and hitting
it big (for entertainment purposes only). Of course, the current leader or Sphere Seer is none other than BVD with a
total of $63.40 for his selection of Scarlet McZara in the very first race of the contest. Congrats to the SS. He now has two targets on his back.

in our hazel edition last year we had a small prize for the largest winner. i think it was 38 .
 80 but not sure on that.

If you had SC, be thankful he scratched because he was LAME. So all the lucky contestants got the post time favorite which was Hancock, who finished third, so
you all have survived and can have a drink of your choice, just stay away from the SC. I'll be baaaaack.

The results are in and Last steals the night away as shown above. Everybody survived the night. The leader remains BVD at $94.00 with Last sneaking into
second place, $39.90 behind.
BVD slipped to 120th overall. We will take it. Last hits for the cycle, just warming up  .
Total eliminated will come later. Good luck tomorrow night. Congrats to GB with 5 winners on the night.

well I blew this contest. I got overwelmed at work focusing on making a huge concrete pour that I forgot about racing at all for 2 days. Lost my lucky

I guess mark11 finally got the memo because look who is in second place, mark11. He was probably wondering why he was being ignored when he had been tearing
it up under the radar screen. I thought you didn't want to play mark11. Oh well, I have to do some revising. Now I know how it feels to be DQ'ed in
a race. Here are some revisions for last night and in the contest for night 3:
W: ryansdad.........$41.00........Almost the triple crown!!! Nice job P: Last.................$31.20........Finished first, placed second on the DQ S: Laag................$23.20........Down we go.........Sorry Mainely, your out of the money For the overall standings, Randy continues to lead and be the Sphere Seer at $94.00, the new second place contestant goes to..........mark11 with $73.10, only $20.90 behind Randy, and the show spot goes to Last with $54.10, the mountain just got a little higher. So now, everybody is in the stable and we will have no more surprises. Back to the challenge at hand. Luvs, how can you let WORK interfere with your handicapping, this is not acceptable. I am a bit surprised you were not listed in my friends as not having any picks, thanks for the info. Beware of the mud on Friday! If you ever see any errors, please let me know, I am doing most of this late at night  .

know your used to Scarborough handicapping, but now your in the big time and you need to apply some mile handicapping ideas. Like a big closer, I hope you
make a big run.

im in trouble tonight....Smooth Muscles faltered as the fave. I knew I should have picked Tom Cango and then Cambell did a poor drive on Mind Boggling in the
9th race. I need the 10 in the 11th race or I lose a horseshoe

Very interesting night at the ole M. It looks like we had our first contestant eliminated, Luvs. I didn't see any picks, tell me if I am wrong Luvs. We
now have three barefoot contestants.....Laag, Last, and Mainely. A pair of 4's got me. It won't be easy for those three here on out. It's good
to see homey having a good night. I really dislike the slop now and scratches.
Mark11 narrowed the gap some as he tries to catch the early pace setter BVD on day 4: Win: BVD............$127.60.....63rd overall Place: mark11......$119.50.....92nd Show: Mikelrob...$66.30.......771st I lost mark11 again on my favorites, I thought I hit the right box, but, I guess I didn't. I told you it was late when I do this, sorry. Please check your favorites again mark11. Tomorrows results will be late posting. I will have them up with a full rundown sometime Sunday afternoon. I hope I am still alive to tell about it. Don't lose anymore shoes, ok  .

Youd think I could at least pick a horse that could hit the board in one out of three races. This is going to be a rough go now, to heck with looking for any
money now, I'm just picking horses that will hit the board. Worst part of it is, a couple of the horses I thought about going with I decided on another
(Docdor Cam was one of them...Blistletoe I should have never not went on either, she is a sure thing.) My own stupidity hurt me tonight.
