The Google ads are put in place by KickApps, the company who created and currently runs the software platform that Harnessphere and other social media websites are built with, which means we can't control what Google ads appear. Any Google ads that appear on Harnessphere are not placed, controlled, or endorsed by the United States Trotting Association. Any and all revenue made from the Google ads goes to KickApps, which keeps Harnessphere free.

Google ads work based on keywords and content that appears on our website. For example, since we use USTA as an abbreviation, you may see ads for the other USTA - the United States Tennis Association. You'll see ads for other horse breeds, competing websites, and more. Any topics discussed on Harnessphere are "looked at" by Google Ads and they place ads based on what their computers think website viewers may be interested in.
